ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS
Select a product category from the left side bar, or enter either a product name or product number in the search field at the top left side of the sidebar and then click "Go". From the list of sub-categories displayed, click on the sub-category that you are interested in viewing.
You will now be able to view all products in that sub-category. Click on "more info" to display the individual product description.
If you wish to order that product, enter the quantity you wish to purchase and then click on "Add to Cart". The product will be added to your cart in the quantity you specified. You may automatically continue shopping or proceed to the check out by following the prompted steps.
If you wish to order another product, repeat the previous steps above. The selected items will remain in your shopping cart.
If you navigate away from your shopping cart and then decide you're ready to check out even though you haven't added any additional items to your basket, just click the View Cart icon from wherever you are and it will allow you to proceed with your purchase.
When you have completed your shopping, click Check Out. You will be able to view your order and enter billed to and shipped to information. You will be asked to enter your personal information required to process your order, which is confidential and Secure to transmit on our site. You are also be asked to read and agree to our store terms and policies prior to placing any order. No online order can be processed without your acceptance.
If you choose to Purchase, you will then have a page displaying pending confirmation of your order. (An actual order confirmation will come via email after your credit card information has been received, processed, approved and prepaid.)

Can I Order Products From Your Website Over The Phone?

Can I Fax an Order? Yes, you can print your "checkout page" before finishing the processing of payment and fax it to: (614) 237-9163. A valid credit card number, signature, phone number, and expiration date is required to process all faxed orders.
Customer Comments
Please write any special order requests or questions you have regarding your order in the "Customer Comments" field of the checkout page. All comments are manually reviewed prior to processing your order in-house, and a representative will contact you to answer your questions that you may have.
ABOUT YOUR ORDER 
Has My Order Been Processed Or Shipped?
To find out, log-in with your email address and the password you created when you set up your account then click on the Order Status Menu option. All paid in-stock orders are generally processed the same day they are received. If you have received an Order Confirmation from us, then your order has been processed. In-Stock orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 pm EST are usually shipped out the same day the order is processed. Items that are on backorder or have other special manufacturing or shipping requirements are indicated in the product listing .If you need to make a change on an order you have placed, you must contact us within one business day at (800) 597-6657 or via fax at (614) 237-9163. Please provide your Order Number when requesting the change. We will make every effort to change your order as requested, but sometimes it is possible that your order may have already shipped.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 pm EST will usually ship out the same day for all in stock items and should arrive within 2-6 business days. Some items may take extra time due to seasonal demands. Most packages are shipped via Federal Express Ground Delivery. If the product ordered is overweight or oversized, your order will ship via truck line. Please allow at least 1 to 2 weeks for deliver when shipped. Estimated delivery dates for Special Order and Custom Order items requiring manufacturing time and special shipping are noted the product listing.
There Was A Problem With My Shipment, How Do I Get It Corrected?
When inquiring about your order, please have your order information available. Full name and address of the person to whom the order is billed. The Order Number that you received in your "order confirmation email" Customer number (if available). WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS ON BACKORDER?
Order fulfillment is subject to product availability. Products that are out of stock at the time of your order will be placed on backorder and shipped when it is received. It may become necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value and quality to fulfill an out of stock condition. If a product is on backorder for more than 30 days, you will receive notification via e-mail.
PAYMENT INFORMATION 
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Personal Checks and Money Orders. For credit card orders, your billing address must match your credit card statement address for us to process the transaction. Please supply your Driver’s License Number on a personal check for faster processing of the order. All checks must clear prior to order fulfillment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES 
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Americas Best Pool Supply. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any non-defective, unopened, unused and un-installed item to us for an exchange or refund of the product price. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns are to be shipped PREPAID via FedEx or UPS only. We suggest that you insure your returned item against loss or damage. Americas Best Pool Supply is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged. We are unable to credit you for any handling charges or shipping/freight costs. The charges for shipping and insuring products returned to us are your responsibility and must be prepaid.
All products sold by us come complete with the Manufacturer warranties. Products that have been Installed; Used; Tested; Missing parts or Listed below as a NON-RETURNABLE item; These items may not be returned to us, rather they must be directed to the manufacturer who made the item. These items are covered by the manufacturers warranty. If you feel that have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. Please contact us via e-mail if you require additional assistance.
Return Procedure
To obtain an RMA number: The RMA request can be found in your account options after you log-in with your email address and password. Please check the RMA box beside the item that you desire to return. Next, type in the message box, the reason for your request and click submit to send your request. A reason for return is required to process an RMA..
To receive your refund or exchange, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) from Americas Best Pool Supply prior to returning the item. We will process your request ASAP. Please allow up to two days to process your request. An RMA number is good for only 1 (one) item and it must match the item being authorized for return. Merchandise returned to us without an RMA number or shipped to us COD will be refused. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package being returned below the shipping address label. Ship Returned items prepaid per return instructions to:

There will be a $5.00 handling charge per returned shipment, except when returning an item which you did not order and we sent to your mistakenly. All authorized returned items must contain all parts, rebate certificates, manuals and documents. They must be properly packed in the original manufacturers packaging. The item must be received by us in clean, re-sellable condition within 14 days of an RMA number being issued by us. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned merchandise that is not considered defective and that are not in re-sellable condition, or are missing parts, rebate certificates, manuals, and documents when we receive it. All returns are forwarded to the manufacturer or manufacturers representative for determination of the defect claim. If the item returned as "defective" was not actually defective, the customer will be charged for any call tag fees and return shipping charges and no credit will be issued against the item ordered. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase, no exceptions.
We will refund or exchange your purchase, as long as you have complied with our simple return policy & instructions. In our sole discretion, we will make determination as to the extent of any use or abuse upon receipt and inspection of a returned item. We reserve the right to return the item to you for non-compliance with this policy. Product returns that do not meet the return conditions, such as not in re-sellable condition. Used or Abused products will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. These items may be accepted by us at our sole discretion. The restocking fee is to help defray the costs charged to us for repackaging and restocking by the supplier or manufacturer ultimately to receive them. Please allow up to 21 business days from the date you return your package for your refund or your exchange to be completed. We will process these as quick as possible.
Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser. Refunds can only be issued in the same manner payment was received by us or credited to the same credit card originally used to make the purchase.
PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES UPON RECEIPT: If your order appears to have arrived damaged, inspect the contents. If you find that it has been damaged REFUSE THE SHIPMENT and it will be returned without further cost to you and we will reship a new item to you. IF YOU ACCEPT A DAMAGED PACKAGE then you must notify us and you will need to file a damage claim with the freight carrier. We are NOT responsible for items once they are out of our direct control and in the hands of the shipping carrier. ONCE YOU SIGN TO ACCEPT AN ORDER, YOU RELEASE US AND THE CARRIER FROM RESPONSIBILITY. You must now contact the shipment carrier directly to resolve a claim. YOUR FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS REQUIREMENT WILL MAKE YOUR SALE FINAL and no return privilege or refund will be available. You must file a shipping damage claim with the Shipment Carrier as we can not make any adjustment.
In the event that you place and order with us and cancel the order after it has been processed then you agree to be charged a 10% order cancellation fee. Custom order items may not be cancelled.
Any deliveries from us that are refused for reason other than a “shipping damage on delivery” (must be noted by the shipping carrier on delivery) will incur freight charges both ways PLUS a 20% product restocking fee.

Special Orders: Items ordered directly from the Manufacturer or Distributor specifically for you. These may be returned to the manufacturer for defect only.
Custom Orders: Items made to order specifically for your application and needs. These items are made to the specifications and measurements provided by you. These orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. They are covered only under the manufacturers warranty. In all that you measure or specify, you are responsible for the accuracy of these measurements and/or description information, so please double check prior to submission to us. We will guarantee the fit of your SPA COVER; POOL SAFETY COVER; POOL COVERS; SWIMMING POOL VINYL LINERS only to the extent that they will fit to the specifications which you provided to us. You are ultimately responsible for knowing and ordering the item correctly using the measurements which only you know. ALL SALES OF CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS ARE NON-CANCELABLE AND SALES ARE FINAL.
Electrical Items can not be returned for refund; They may be exchanged only under the manufacturers warranty.
Pool Heaters and heat pumps: Covered under manufacturers warranty only.
Pool Liners: All sales are final. These items are covered only under the under manufacturers limited defects in workmanship warranty.
Pool Covers: Covered under manufacturers warranty only. No return accepted of opened mis-ordered covers.
Opened or un-boxed inflatables.
Automatic swimming pool cleaners: Covered under the manufacturers warranty only.
Any item that has been installed: Especially an item in which the it has been modified or changed in any way from the time it left the manufacturer as a new non-installed or tested item.
All Pool & Spa products classified as pool and/or spa chemicals.
Swimming Pool Kits and Spas can not be returned, refunded or exchanged. If you are missing parts contact us for replacement. All sales are final.

SHIPPING & TAX INFORMATION 
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is charged based on the weight and size, or Over-size of the item purchased and the zip code of the recipient. All shipping charges are automatically calculated and added to the final price you pay when checking out prior to finalizing the purchase. Items ordered together that may from time to time be shipped separately from different locations will still incur only the one shipping charge for all orders.
OVERSIZED DELIVERY Items 
Some products on our website are noted as "Oversized Delivery." These are generally items that are too big to be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. The estimated delivery time is usually noted next to each of these products and is between 1 week and 3 weeks. Someone must be at the delivery location to receive these items, as they require a signature for delivery and assistance unloading the item with the Driver. If you order an "Oversized Delivery" item, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to arrange a delivery time/place to receive your merchandise. Be prepared to un-load items with enough people to accomplish the task safely. The delivery driver will only assist.
Special Delivery Items
Some products on our website are noted as "Special Delivery." These are products that take a little extra time in being delivered to you. The estimated delivery time is noted next to each product.
Custom Orders
Delivery time of custom ordered items is our normal estimated shipping/delivery time estimate posted in the listing. Some items may take extra time due to seasonal demands.
Can You Ship My Order To A Different Delivery Address?
Yes, but we must deliver the entire order to that address. You can not choose certain products within an order to be shipped to different addresses. Go to your Personal Profile and change the shipping address information. This information will be retained for all orders placed online. If you need to receive your orders in the future to a different address, you will just have to update this information again.
How Much Will The Tax Be?
Tax is only charged when your billing address is within a state where we have distribution facilities. Currently, those corresponding tax rates are automatically calculated at the time of checkout, so that you can see the charge, if applicable, prior to completing checkout and payment.
