Ultra-Light Solid Safety Covers make pool closing easier and faster!
Ultra-Light pool safety covers feature a revolutionary PVC coated polyester material that is 30% lighter which makes it easier to handle and install than standard solid safety covers. The solid fabic blocks 100% of sunlight to prevent algae and less pool clean-up in the spring.
Ultra-Light solid safety cover boasts a 50% in cover tensile strength compared to standard solid safety covers. The Kleen-Screen center drain panel offers improved silt and fine debris filtering to make spring pool clean-up a snap.
Ultra-Light pool covers also come standard with Pull-Tite commercial-grade, stainless steel springs providing nearly double the strength of standard springs. Combined with the increased fabric strength makes it more resistant to possible puncture from falling branches and widelife traffic. It also allows the cover to handle heavier snow loads, high winds and allows you to install this cover more taut than standard safety covers.
Ultra-Light solid safety covers come complete with screw-type brass concrete anchors, stainless steel springs, stainless steel buckles, protective spring covers, installation rod, storage bag and easy to follow step-by-step instructions. Backed by a Limited 15-year Manufacturers Warranty (3-years full). The cover color is Hunter Green. These rectangle covers are for rectanular shaped pool only and will not accomodate a step or swim-out section. Covers custom made to order and with a step section are available.
Please Note: This rectangle safety cover may be installed on your in-ground swimming pool if your pool meets the following safety requirements:
Your pool shape is rectangle without walk-in steps or swim-outs that will need an additional section added to cover them. The pool corners are square or no more than two-foot radius. The pool deck must have at least 3’ wide concrete on all sides of the pool. There are no obstructions that cannot be removed within 18 inches of the pool water edge, like slides, handrails, ladders or diving boards.
For initial cover installation, you will need a ¾” masonry drill bit and rotary hammer drill.
