Our Polar Ultra Protector tan winter pool cover is Top of the Line! It has all the strength and durability you need to ensure years of protection. Made from tightly woven polyethylene, the fabric is 30% lighter than other winter pool covers, yet the material is 50% stronger to stand up to winter's worst. What sets this pool winter cover apart from all others is the extra proprietary coating. The fabric of the cover sealed with a proprietary cover shield coating. This coating provides the most UV stabilization, superior seam strength, tear and puncture resistance, resists scuffing and is impervious to chemical staining and discoloration more than any pool winter cover in the world today. Strong Winter Pool Cover Construction! It features 1200 denier coated fabric, which is the strongest reinforced cover material available. It is sewn using tough polypropylene thread that will not rot like cotton thread. Depending on pool size, most covers only have one or two seams because the fabric widths usually range from 122" to 144". Triple edge reinforced binding around the perimeter. You cannot rip me! If your cover should experience a puncture, this tough cover will not rip, fray or come apart!
The Color is Attractive! It will be a compliment to your home and your backyard. This cover is Tan on top to inhibit algae growth. Equipped with water bag loops help to keep the cover on the pool instead of in the water. To hold your winter cover securely onto the deck, we recommend using our 8-foot or 10 foot long double chamber water bags because they will not roll into the pool like single chamber water bags. (Water bags are not included and must be ordered separately).
Please measure your pool to be sure you order the correct size pool cover. Order your winter cover according to the swim area dimensions of your pool for a proper fit. The rectangle shaped pool cover size will be 5' longer and wider than our listed pool sizes to accommodate an 18-inch water drop. (Example: a pool size listed as a 16' x 32' rectangular pool cover will measure 21' x 37' cover size).
