Hayward's Pro-Grid™ vertical grid D.E. filter models DE2420, DE3620, DE4820, DE6020 and DE7220 feature new PermaGlass XL™ Earth filter tanks made from extra durable glass reinforced thermoplastic that meets the rigorous demands of the toughest applications and environmental conditions.
Hayward's Pro-Grid has High impact grid elements that are designed for up-flow pool filtration and top-down filter element backwashing for maximum efficiency delivers low maintenance and dependable operation. The self-aligned tank top and bottom uses a one piece flange clamp make access to servicing the grid elements fast and simple without having to disturb pool plumbing or connections.
Diatomaceous Earth filters will filter the water to a particle size of under 5 microns! There is no superior method of filtering your swimming pool water than a D.E. filter!
Applications: Inground pools and spas, ponds or water features. Convenient 7-position Vari-Flo control valve, side-mount 1-1/2" I.D. and a high-performance 1-HP Super Pump is included only with our complete filter systems.
The side mount vari-flo control valve may be ordered separately below for our Pro-Grid filters. This control valve allows for customized control and backwashing of your swimming pool filter.
The Hayward Pro-Grid Diatomaceous Earth filter model DE7220, 72 sq.ft. filter allows for both commercial and large residential applications.
