Be there to receive your heater or you may incur delay service charges imposed by the trucking company. A signature is required for all truck shipments. Inspect your heater for possible freight damage before you sign to accept it. Your signature is the legal release for us and the trucking company. If the heater is damaged, refuse the order, contact us and we'll ship another new heater to you. Due to transportation time, please allow approximately 3-10 days for delivery. Driver will need assistance unloading heater. Thank you!
